Website Scrape - Horse Racing Data

I am looking for someone to scrape the website listed in the attached picture (Scrape 2) to extract the data I need, the URL is shown at the top of the picture and this will always be the same up to the wording australia, from then on the URL will change for the track, date and Race No, I require the data as labelled in red 1 - 28 and this data is to be downloaded in either CSV or Xcel, I also require a front page of the spreadsheet were I would select the date, race meeting then the race No for the data to download, all horse data for each race is to be downloaded, DO NOT just put in a bid without going thru the files on whats required, I will only discuss things with serious people who can complete this task
