Website Data Scraper Development

I need a tool to scrape text data from a specific website that doesn't require a login. The information on this site updates daily, so I'll need the source code to run it myself. While I prefer it be coded in VB.Net, I'm open to other languages too.

Requirements:
- Scrape text data
- Store data in an Excel file
- Source code delivery

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in VB.Net or other programming languages
- Experience with web scraping
- Familiarity with Excel file or CSV file manipulation
