Website Data Extraction for Database Population

I'm looking for a data mining expert who can extract specific information from various websites to help populate a database.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mining data from websites to extract information that will form Titles, Headings, Subheadings, and Tables.
- Directly uploading the extracted data to a database.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in data mining and web scraping.
- Familiar with database management systems.
- Able to identify and extract relevant information effectively.

Database:
- Each example of website has different formats, but need to mine same information.
- I will supply database information, tables, rows, etc.

Needs to be automated without human interaction to try to mine every weekday after noon until data has been mined. If no information is available, then it mas input information into database that no inforamation was published.

I need a professional who can undertake this task efficiently and accurately.
