Website Content Extraction & Download

I need a data scraping expert to help me extract specific text data from my website, specifically from the link UI elements. After locating the UI element click and then further search for click download which downloads the file refer attachment.
This downloaded file is processed further. (step1) Like enter a data into database for each processed file. Then this data is displayed further to data cleaning and approval process provided there are no errors in case of error (step2). Once approved that row can't be edited further.
(step2) In case there are errors while download or processing the file, create separate entry into another table and that list is shown in webpage. Once that file cleaned or marked not to process by user then further data is processed by (step1)
once successfully processed files are moved to another directory.
Above process is run daily.
