Webscrapping from a website with captcha

Hi, I would like to collect information from website below. You have to select options from 6 drop-down list. then we have to get the latitude and longitude from the map at the right side. Also finally, there is a message at the map - we would like to download that too. The hardest part is that when you select any option from all drop-down lists, there is a captcha. Anyone who can bypass captcha, that would be great. We're looking for someone who can solve our issue.

Output could be in Excel format or text format.
