Webscraping project about ticketing

In the "online ticketing" field there is a website (whose letters we can scramble as S X A) that contains 2 interesting json related to available seats and prices.
The purpose of this project is to provide a service where I can load up to 100 urls and every 30
minutes I get back these 2 json for each url. No web interface is requested. Just a basic API.
Please make an offer with the development fees that includes the first month that the service will be up 24/7 and write down an estimate quote about subsequent monthly fees.
