Webscrape or research office addresses

Hello,
We need a Freelancer to use a script to scrape commercial office space addresses for sale or lease on OFFICESPACE.com or LOOPNET.com in the cities in our two excel files included. Important note, an address cannot be used twice between the files. The script wil use column "B" that has the city and state abbreviation to look up zip codes in that city and then use those zip codes to look up office space that is for lease or for sale on OFFICESPACE.com or LOOPNET.com and list those addresses in the columns of the file for addresses. There will be cities in the two files that are duplicated but the addresses posted to each file can only be used once between both files. We need 10 available office suites for lease or for sale in the cities in the spreadsheet provided in column "B". So example of script it will pull the city and state abbreviation for zip codes in that city, so for Albertville Alabama , its abbreviated in the file as ALBERTVL, AL, so the script will take that abbreviation and do a google search for "zip codes in ALBERTVL, AL", then it can use the first zip code or multiple zip codes if needed to get the 5 addresses to scrape from officespace.com or loopnet.com for each file. Remember , if an address is used for ALBERTVL, AL for one file then that address CANNOT be used in the other file for that city. Each address can only be used once.
So as an example for ALBERTVL, AL , abbreviation for Albertiville , Alabama, the google search for zip code would turn up two zip codes 35950 and 35951, then the script will search either site officespace.com or loopnet.com whichever you prefer, officespace.com seems to have more listings but both are good, and in some of the smaller cities If there isn't 10 available suites or offices for rent/or lease/or for sale, if it happens to be a city that appears in both files, then the script should say that if possible ,so we know there wasn't 10 available, and we will double check those manually, most cities should have 10 locations available . If that's not possible we will know because there won't be 5 addresses in each file for that city. I am going to do the first city in each file as an example of how it should look. IMPORTANT: TO BE CONSIDERED PLEASE DO THE NEXT 3 CITIES ON THE LIST AND MESAGE US THE FILE TO CHECK . The Price will be $250.00 and will include a tip as well if it's done correctly and there are no duplicate addresses used between the two files.
