Webscrape project - Brand CLINK

This project will have a freelancer create a script to use the first file called "Centurylink Zips with 100 Plus" , TAB 2, and list each city from column B, in column C, in tab 2, each city in column C, will only be listed once, no duplicate citeiss, and then with those cities from column C, the script will then look up 6 Plmber businesses in each of those cities and list them in file two called "BLANK BULK UPLOAD" in column U and column V, one business in each city of the 6 tabs. This will be a $125 job.
