Webapp image capture developer

We are developing iDetect an AI powered, browser based, web-app to assist users in determining the condition of their health through smartphone eye scans. We have already built the AI/ML model that the web-app will be connected to. We have a template design for the web-app itself. We need an additional web-app developer who is familiar with the Google Image Capture API https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/12/imagecapture as well as other best practice methods for capturing smartphone images.

The mockup provides a basic idea of how we are implementing the image capture API. The beta version of the iDetect web-app is about 60% developed and should be finished in about 10 working days.
