Web scrapping expert needed

I want to scrap selected data from website into excel file , data should be update automatically from web page to excel file , update frequency should be 1-2 seconds, the data i want to scrap is inside of frame and the web element i want to scrap is not selectable in DOM , if you can extract data from non selectable web element then we will discuss further
