Web scraping and macro insertion to find available telephone numbers

I'm looking for a professional who can use Chrome browser for web scraping and macro text insertion to find and purchase telephone numbers using a specifiic website. This project is aimed at optimizing our approach to locating and securing the right services for our needs.
Summary
To provide a new screen scraping program to look and feel like the existing one, to access a web site using the Chrome browser, login with a username and password (stored in a text file) and add some parameters such as a house number and postcode (stored in a text file) and then use numbers stored in a separate input txt file to search for these numbers and then work thorugh this list to buy numbers if available and allow the user to manually enter a call forward number and click [Submit] and then continue through until all numbers in input file have been checked.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using web scraping techniques to automate the process of searching for available telephone numbers
- Purchasing the found telephone numbers immediately
- Showing Log commentry on screen
Ideal candidates would have previous experience with web scraping, macro text insertion, Knowledge in Chrome browser automation using chromedriver.exe would be a distinct advantage.
