Web scraping from a protected site

I'm looking for a programmer who can make a script to extract daily data from some site (chileautos.cl) and parsing this data to a database. I tried to do it myself but the site has some bot blocker, and make it difficult to connect at the paginated data. I dont care the technology or programming language used.
