Web-scraping/Analyzer tool

Every day companies are filing a quarterly or annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission. These filings are posted on the SEC website. I would like a web scraper that grabs certain lines from the financial filings and then compares it to other metrics like the current price of the stock. If it meets a certain criteria, I want to be notified which company it is.
