Web scraping

I need a freelancer to scrape text data from a government website. The data needs to be scraped only one time.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in web scraping techniques
- Experience in extracting text data accurately
- Scraping with R is preferable

Please note that this project does not require scraping images or ongoing scraping.
