Every mortgage industry employee that works directly with the consumer has to have an NMLS #.
There is a site https://www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/Home.aspx/MainSearch that has everyone in that protected database. Most mortgage professionals that have an NMLS# promote themselves on the web through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Zillow.com.
In each of their postings, they will have all contact information. I am looking for a service that can scrape the web and those sites, then deliver an excel spreadsheet with all the gathered information including the URL address of the sites where the information was found.
Example Boolean Search for just the Tampa area: nmls AND "loan officer" OR originator OR manager, Tampa, -jobs, -career. The results of this search provided individuals and company employee list.
Most company web pages (example: https://wegetitclosed.com/loan-officers/) will have a list of all their Loan officers and team members listed, with contact information. When your team comes across these types of company webpages, we would like to go as deep into the site to gather all employee lists with their contact information as well.
