Web page crawler to collect and maintain Specific POI database from a specific website

We are looking for a crawler for a specific website, this site provides details of specific POI. e.g. This app has a map which is overlaid by a marker on specific locations, once you click on it it shows further details like address, availability, amenities available etc. We would like a tool which on a given frequency (calibratable) pulls the data from the app and update in a excel file ( or similar database). The tool can be developed in any environment, but should be executable on Windows machine.
