Web data scraping

I am looking for someone to help me with web data scraping. Specifically, I need someone to scrape text from a single web source across multiple available dates and deliver the data in CSV or excel format.
I would prefer an automated process because of the large data involved, as I very much value accuracy, and speed. Time is of the essence, so I am seeking an experienced Freelancer who is well-versed both in web data scraping, as well as CSV formatting.
