Web data scraper

I'm looking for someone to help me with a web data scraping job for a single website. I need the scraper to extract property information and format it into a Excel file. I'm open to hearing any suggestions from you on how to best extract and format the data. Additionally, the scraper should be able to run continuously while keeping the data up to date. - Website is spareroom.co.uk.
- Once i have go the criteria and do a search then I can use this to look at properties that are looking for someone to rent.
- Copy the data into a spreadsheet - one property data information into one row and so on.
