Web-based Meeting Transcription & Action Tracker

I'm in need of a web-based application that can transcribe meetings from Microsoft Teams and convert these transcriptions into actionable plans and comprehensive recaps.

Key features of the application should include:
- Utilization of Microsoft Teams' built-in transcription service.
- Conversion of transcriptions into action items, meeting minutes, key decisions, and task assignments.
- Storage of transcriptions, generated summaries, would then be recorded in a DATABASE.
- A user interface would then allow for the recap notes to be updated, and related tasks assigned to resources.
- Activities would then be assigned due dates.
- All activities would be managed from a control panel designed to prioritize tasks and share meeting notes.
- The application owner would act as a communication and resource manager, assign next steps, actions, and publish meeting notes for the meeting paticipants.
