Web Scrapping + wp events manager plugin -- 3
Budget: €400 – €550 EUR
The work consists in scraping an event site (like tradefairdatesdotcom) and include the info in a wordpress event plugin. We will be scrapping events in 9 countries in Europe. The result of the scraping will be uploaded synchronized to the wp-events manager plugin (of our property).
This will create a calendar of events that includes all the information of the scraping.
Attached is a demo of the events plugin in which you can see the information required for each page (SINGLE EVENTS PAGE, EVENTS LOCATION, EVENTS LISTING, CATEGORIES).
The information will be synchronized dynamically through a google sheets file to which you must assign the appropriate permissions (upload the json file, etc, you must have experience in this).
- We have 40 landings on our website corresponding to European cities. We want that the information of each city is inserted as shortcode in these pages, so that in each page there is a section of the events that take place in the city. For this we must import the cities as categories or tags and restrict by means of a filter so that only the records of the corresponding city are displayed.
- We want the Categories to have images (we will provide the images, which in total are 400 (corresponding to the 400 categories that have the events site and that must be extracted.
Before starting this work you must take into account the following:
1- The information that you must extract must be all that allows the plugin in its matching, we will not tell you what to extract, you should be guided by what the plugin asks for to complete all its fields. The format will be in Spanish.
2- You must be aware that we will not help you or tell you anything about the plugin, you have to structure it all by yourself.
3- In order to start this work we will make a test with 10 records from two different European cities (FOR EXAMPLE PARIS AND BARCELONA). With this test we will test the synchronization of the records from the google sheets file. If this test is not passed, the job cannot be finished. We make two countries to test the filtering by country and city of the information in our landings (you must paste a shortcode and filter it).
4- The work must be completed on December 31.
5- A total of 7 revisions will be done. If the work is correct and does not exceed this number of revisions will be given a tip of 150 euros extra at the end of the work.
6- The scrapping work, as a separate job, will be done every 6 months to replace records and add new ones.

2- Scrapp 10 registers from the events site (2 cties) Include all info according to demo events manager site, (dates, locations images, categories, etc)
3- Display inside 1 of our landings the listing filtering by city.
4- Display categories in mosaic view
Our max budget is 400 €
