Web Scraping & Graph Generation

I'm looking for a data specialist to help me scrape text data from a specific link and generate a graph based on the scraped data. The code should be only written in python and scrapy tool has to be used.

- Data Type: I only need the text data scraped from this link.
- Output Format: The scraped data should be formatted in JSON.
- Graph Type: The graph should be as shown in the provided link.
