Web Scraping of Google Hotel Prices

I have a list of 70+ hotels for which I want to track prices at 15minute level interval from Google Hotel search. The script should be robust of dates and members to be selected.
Few extra points:
The script should take care of IP flag issue by google (via using different proxy)
Output:
timestamp, Name, DateIn,Dateout,Members, Dict{Prices, Link}
