Web Scraping & Data Entry Project
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need help scraping data from a website, specifically transfermarkt.de. I have a list of names that I'd like you to input into the site to find the complete name of the player. The list i have has shortened versions of the names. This means that you can find the player under this name, but i want the complete name. This complete name can be found on the "Profile" slider of every player. As an extra help, i also added a club where the player has been playing, in case there are 2 players with the same name.
The output should be in an Excel spreadsheet. I don't need the data updated periodically, a one-time scrape is all that's required.
