Web Scraper for a Rental listings Website

I need someone to build me a web scraper to the following site:

The field that reads "Onde" means Neighborhood
I need to be able to chose the neighborhood that I want and the scraper should all information of all listings.
It will also need to paginate the results and save the info on excel file.
I do NOT need the images.
I'm also a developer so it doesn't need to be something fancy just simple to edit and run.
