Web Scraper With Selenium Driver in c#

Hi,
I need a basic screen scraper which will enter 3 fields of data to create a record. And then select a number of checkboxes to export data for that record. The export is queued so the scraper will need to sleep and check when the data export is ready for download. It will download in CSV format. It should then we loaded into a SQL Server table.
It must be written in c# using selenium webdriver. The project needs to be started ASAP and it will be awarded to proposals where the person submits example webdriver code as part of the proposal. I will be looking for how the person uses webdriver. Architecture of the code and robustness (error checking).
