Web Scraper Program/System -- 4

ooking for a web scraper that will put data into an Excel sheet and mark changes.
For example, there is a website with a big list of companies.
It would be beneficial if this scraper could pull down that list, put it in an excel column, and then put the date of the scrape on top.
For the next scrape, it would be in the next column, with the date on top, and then highlight any new companies in that list.. (i..e highlight any non matching data from the previous scrape).
We would run these at set intervals. If it could do it automatically or something, we'd be open to that.
Prefer a PHP solution we can host on our basic Dreamhost account.
We cannot run 3rd party apps or python program on our computer.
