Web Scraper Fix Needed

I need a skilled developer to fix my web scraper, which is intended to collect both text and images from a specified website.
Key Requirements:
1) Automate the Scrapping (using CRON Job) - Need the .xls to be auto saved on a cloud storage (a separate folder) where I can download them anytime.
2) Add fields mobile number & Name of the Advertiser
3) change Login ID and password
4) Add a free SSL
5) Rename as specified.
Ideal Skills:
