Web Data Scrapping for Database

I have several projects that need data compiled from websites.
I'm looking for someone who I can reliably reach out to on-demand that can run web scrapping tasks.
Please share your rates/costs for both per HOUR or per PROJECT.
Looking for someone who can quickly and easily extract data from websites and compile and organize them in Google Sheets or Airtable (preferred). The Google Sheets and Airtable must continue to be updated with new data as new items are updated to the source websites.
Please review the project brief attached to show me your skills by doing an example project.
I will not waste my time looking at quotes or engaging with anyone who does not demonstrate their abilities with the example task in the project brief.
