Web Crawling

We need application through which it will extract the first name, middle name, last name, dob, designation etc from the website and insert it into a table and every alternate day it should be verify whether any changes is there or not in that website. e.g. political name from state government website etc. It should be parameterised where user can enter multiple website link.
