Voter map search engine

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a voter map search engine that will help users easily find polling locations in their local area. The search engine should provide additional details such as hours of operation to make it easier for users to plan their voting day. The goal would be a google style landing page where you type in your address and it tells you your voter location
