Vehicle Image Scraper & WordPress web page

I need an end-to-end solution that starts by pulling every vehicle on https://www.2cheapcars.co.nz/s/all/allmake/allmodels, cutting each car out of its GIF background with an AI agent, and finishes with those same cars presented on a brand-new black back ground WordPress page, with cars cut out.

Here is exactly what I’m after:

• Scraping & image prep
– The site serves the vehicle photos cutout of the car only, so ot os floating clear cut on black background, as GIF files; none of them are in my library yet, so your script must fetch the images, remove the existing background cleanly and export the cut-outs for web use.
– The same script should collect all available listing data; when a visitor hovers or taps on a vehicle, a yellow square speech bubble will reveal the make, model, price, year and any other details the source page provides.

• WordPress build (initial test page)
– One page on a fresh install, black background, at the top of the page white bold text “Cars” heading.
– A dropdown sits beside the heading and reproduces every filter the source site offers so visitors can refine results the same way.
– Because most traffic is mobile, the grid must flow as two cars per row; for the test page I want 25 rows (50 cars). Only build obe page. Then we will build the filtered page.
– Hover/tap triggers the speech bubble described. At the top of the pop up has win your car back, and a sms sent when user gives cellphone, and first name - Paul 0275526335 etc.

• Engagement feature
– A small “Win your car back – get code” key-ring icon overlays each listing. Possibly hanging off the clear cit car, or hanging off the pop up speech bubble.
– Clicking prompts for a mobile number; on Save the system sends an SMS after user containing the dealer’s name and address and the words “Take this code to enter.” (Twilio or a similar SMS gateway is fine.)

Once the single demo page is live and working exactly as specified I’ll roll the same workflow out across the rest of the site, so clean, well-documented code is important. Word press.

Let me know the tools or libraries you’d lean on for scraping, background removal and SMS, plus an estimated turnaround for the prototype.

Once the page is set up we will port the page code to our nonstop web site but also keep the seperate word press web site called cars.
