Update / Recreate Scraper API To Capture Full Dataset (read details)

I am trying to re-create a script to scrape the 895 column dataset provided here (https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/calmdownkarm/ufcdataset). There is an API this developer originally created, but shortly after, the site (ufcstats.com) changed it's format. I need someone to update/rewrite this script to capture the data of the original Kaggle dataset, plus a few additional fields that aren't on the 895 column dataset.
