I require an expert in web scraping who can automate the process of scraping public profiles of professors from a list of 4000 universities.
- The information that needs to be scraped includes: Name, Email address, Research areas, Bio, contact details, department, designation, and text/titles of their scientific publications.
- The scraped data should be effectively stored in both a spreadsheet and a database, catering to my needs of structured and easy-to-navigate information management.
- The expertise that will be ideal for this task includes: proficiency in web scraping techniques and tools, data management skills encompassing both spreadsheet and database handling, a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all the required fields are captured accurately, and, preferably, familiarity with academic/research professionals' data.
