Tool for Data Extraction & Excel Generation (from website)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Create a tool (For MacOS) to scrape data details from https://subastas.boe.es/reg/index.php and compile them into an Excel sheet.
Key Requirements:
- In the first filter to choose there are up to 50 "provincias" (geographical area) groups. Extract the adverts of each "provincia", text only (to fill the excel). One row per [auction] advert, one column for each type of data details).
- Download the PDF documents related to each advert (or a link inside the excel to each PDF could be fine too)
- The tool should focus on gathering auction details from three (3) of the four (4) "tabs" it has: Información general, Autoridad gestora, bienes, (NOT pujas). Each "tab" has different data to extract:
1) "Información general" has 11 text fields and usually 1 PDF document (file to download or just have the link).
2) "Autoridad gestora" has 6 text fields, no files to download.
3) "Bienes" has 17 text fields, and files to download (or have the link)
Of course identify to which provincia belongs each advert.
Frequency:
- The tool has to allow to extract any time (when starting the tool).
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in creating web scraping (data extraction) tools.
- Experience with generating Excel sheets from extracted data.
- Good attention to detail to ensure accurate data compilation.
