This is a project to use a script to list 15 businesses in 1900 cities

This is a project for a freelancer to list 15 businesses for each of these 1900 cities using a script. The businesses should be Restaurants when available, Markets or grocery stores as 2nd choice or Liquor Stores as third choice to make up the 15 addresses. The script will take each city and state from the 1900 cities file from column B and C of file 1 TAB 1, and look up the first business address in that city and post in file 2 called "Blank upload file" in column U, of address tab 1, and the second address for that city in address tab 2 and so on for each of the 15 addresses for that city so that when finished there will be 1900 unique addresses for each city listed in each address tab, each address cannot be used more than once. Once the addresses are listed out for each address tab in column U, Then the script will split out each address as is shown in the address tab 1 row 14 of the file 2, that row has an example of how the addresses will get listed out for the 1900 cities. If possible, if the script can have each of the 15 business addresses for each city be in the same zip code for that city when available, that will be worth a good tip. This project will pay $200 dollars.
