Tender Search Workflow Automation using n8n

Job ID: 40027356

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I spend far too many hours combing through government portals and the individual sites of state-owned enterprises hunting for tenders and RFQs. I want that time back. Your task is to create a script or lightweight web app that will do the searching for me and surface only the opportunities that match my predefined criteria.

Sources to cover
– The main government portals I will list for you
– Several state-owned enterprise websites that publish their own notices

Filtering logic
I always narrow my leads by keyword searches, specific tender categories, and geographical location. Typical keyword themes include a project’s name or type, industry-specific jargon, and a few government- or enterprise-specific terms. All three dimensions must be configurable so I can add or tweak them without touching code.

Desired workflow
1. Automatically crawl the selected sites on a schedule I set.
2. Run the keyword/category/location filters.
3. Output the matches to both a CSV file and an email (or a small dashboard) showing the link, title, issuer, and closing date.
4. Allow easy onboarding of new sites, keywords, or regions through a simple config file or UI.

Acceptance criteria
• The tool consistently gathers listings from every configured site without triggering blocks or captchas.
• Filters work exactly as entered.
• I can deploy the solution on a Windows PC or inexpensive cloud VM in under an hour using your setup guide.

If you have experience with Python, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or similar scraping and workflow-automation stacks—especially for tender sites—please mention it and share a quick example.
