Telegram bot

I need someone who can make me bot or program for adding scraped users to my Telegram channel.

But I want to I just to scrape let's say 10k members from a group and add to my channel.
Also to be able to repeat that to another channel.
And another...etc. etc..

You'll make a Telegram bot who will scrape people from some group or my channel and add to a new channel. Channel not group
Let's say if I have 10k scraped people the bot should be able to add these members into another 10 new channels.
So I will have 100k members.

I don't know if this is possible.
