Teach me how to use Octoparse for menu extraction.

Hi! I'm working on scraping menus from a website called Tazz.

Example Menu: https://tazz.ro/timisoara/hasde/15587/restaurant

What I'd like to do is learn how to scrape these Tazz menus such that I can pick up the following data points:

Item Name, Description, Price, Modifier Type (e.g. Salad Add-Ons, Sauce Choice, etc.), Modifier Names (e.g. Croutons, Ketchup, etc.), Modifier Prices and Nutritional Information.

I tried to do so with Octoparse but I was unable to get the tool to click into each item and scrape the options and to click again to scrape the nutritional information.

Parsehub was able to click into each item, but the formatting of the results was not ideal, and the process was time-consuming compared to the (apparently) faster data extraction capabilities of Octoparse.

This is an example of how the menu should be formatted once it has been completed. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HguJ-9Y-7xmZ9U9913Qv9_QJ_o6goEAJgm80idP7gkg/edit#gid=1940696780

Looking to work with someone that is patient and can train me on how to use the tool for this specific use case.
