Teach me how to scrape blockchain data

I require someone to show me how to scrape data from a blockchain project into a spreadsheet, so I may replicate the process in the future. In this example I am looking in particular at a wallet adress on the ERC-721 blockchain containing about 2100 tokens where I need to extract 4 or 5 particular characteristics of each token present. Please include your blockchain experience in the response.
