Sync a popular classifieds website with my own database

I want to sync all the products (including all its properties like title, description, owners, categories, id, publish date, etc...) being published in a popular classifieds website with my own database. I want a solid solution that doesn't fail after quering the website for some days (multiple proxies?, third party server solution?)
