Subtitle downloader

I need a Go command line application that downloads subtitles for movies.

The program needs to:
- Use name, IMDb ID, release year and video file hash to find subtitles matching the movie
- Download subtitles from multiple sources
- Convert subtitles to WebVTT
- Add them to a database
- Store the file data in an organized way

I would prefer Golang, but if you prefer some other language, I am open to suggestions. I do not want Python or JavaScript.
