R Studio programmer ... web scraping, graphics. Finance knowledge a plus.

I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced with programming in R Studio and web scraping as well as having some level of understanding in finance. The websites I will provide for the data to be scraped from are already known to me, so no need to suggest any new ones. In addition, I need the freelancer to create graphing and visualization of the data that is scraped so that the raw data can be easily understood. The level of finance knowledge I'm looking for is at a basic understanding - nothing too complex.

It would be a bonus if you were fluent in statistics, building models and high end analytics. I have other folks that can do that, but the more conversant or fluent you are, the better.
