Social Media Platform Scrape

We are looking for a developer to help us create a (or use a pre-existing) scrape tool to gather information about users in different social platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We will provide a list of roughly 10 major accounts for which we want to know lists of their folllowers and key information (account name and email if possible).

Note, if the proposal is to use your own proprietary tool, we may wish to continually perform this analysis every so often. So there is a chance for this to be an i going engagement.
