Single API Scraping to Extract JSON Data - Protected by Bot Detector

I am looking for a freelancer who can scrape data from a specific API and extract JSON data. The API that needs to be scraped is from my client's website. I have specific requirements for the data that needs to be extracted. The extracted data should be in JSON format and sent to an API that I have created already to receive the data.

Note!: The API is protected by CORS and some other bot detection service, so its very difficult to write a simple script to scrape. The developer must be familiar with other scraping technologies that can bypass these limitations.
