Simple Scrape Project But A Lot Of Data

I have a freelance project that involves downloading data from an assessors website using parcel pin numbers. The task is simple and should not take too long to complete. Ideally, I would like it to be done within 24 hours.
Here's what I need you to do: I have a list of parcel pin numbers, and I need you to feed each pin number into the following URL structure: https://parcelsearch.arapahoegov.com/PPINum.aspx?PIN={PIN}. For example, if the pin number is "035308472," the corresponding URL would be https://parcelsearch.arapahoegov.com/PPINum.aspx?PIN=035308472.
Once you open the URL for a specific pin number, you will see a webpage containing information such as the Situs Address, Situs City, number of Bedrooms, number of Bathrooms, and Building Total Area. I would like you to extract this data and save it in CSV format. Additionally, I need the raw HTML document for each pin number to be saved with the name of the corresponding pin number.
