Seasonal Variation Analysis of ATW (based on humidity, water vapor data. etc) and Model for all states of India

Job ID: 37978229

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

We are seeking a skilled and proactive freelancer to conduct a comprehensive study on the performance of our radiative cooling paint in different regions across India, considering the variations in Atmospheric Transparency Windows (ATW) caused by varying water vapor content in the atmosphere. The objective is to analyze how the radiative cooling performance of our paints is influenced by these regional and seasonal variations.

Metamaterial: https://pubs.aip.org/aip/adv/article/11/10/105218/661145/Disordered-metamaterial-coating-for-daytime

Project Objectives:

Data extraction and ATW Variation Analysis:
Extract humidity and water vapor data focusing on different seasons in all states of India to plot the variations in the Atmospheric Transparency Window (ATW) across different regions in India. Understand how ATW fluctuates based on water vapor content and its implications on radiative cooling performance.

Performance Mapping
Utilize MODTRAN ( http://modtran.spectral.com/modtran_home ) or similar tools to calculate atmospheric transmittance data and calculate the steady-state temperature of the radiative cooling film in different regions based on the transmittance data. Plot the performance of radiative cooling paints across various regions in India, correlating it with the ATW variations and seasonal changes.

- Comprehensive dataset of region-wise humidity/water vapor data extracted from satellite imagery.
- Detailed analysis and visual representation of ATW variations across different regions in India.
- Calculations of atmospheric transmittance data based on humidity levels and steady state temperature.
- Performance mapping of radiative cooling paints in correlation with ATW variations.
- ML model which shows performance forecast of the paint over multiple years and how to optimize it properly

Basically we have to perform analysis on the performance of the metamaterial(which is that paint coating developed to reduce heat ), for every month or seeason for a all states of india. We could show this using plots/graphs or a simulation on the indian map. There is something about calculating steady state temperature and cooling performance in the report, although we need to research more on it. In the end a ML forcasting model would be nice which shows the materials cooling performance over the years and how to improve it further.
