Scrapping from a list of contact on a CSV file

I'm looking for someone able to provide phone numbers, and (in option) contact owners for a list of companies that i'm providing.

My budget for this list is 250€ Max

I'd like to get a sample of 100 to check manually on Google if the phone number is correct and then i can make the payment.
