Scrapping data from car website

I am looking for help in starting up a new enterprise, and I need to scrape data from car auction website. Specifically, I need someone to be able to extract vehicle specifications from these sites, such as make, model, features, specs, final price etc. This data must be collected and organized in an appropriate and effective manner. Additionally, the work must be completed efficiently, accurately, and timely. The ideal person for this project is someone with expertise in web scraping and data mining, who can complete the project with a great degree of precision.

I'm building website on Wordpress, so I need:

1. Scrape or make by hand categories with brand cars and their model as subcategories in wordpress categories
2. Script which will collect just new auctions
3. Script witch will collect data from single auction;
- data about the auction (eg. name, vin, primary damage, final price), and write these data as postmeta of the post in WP
- every photos about the auction and write theme as images, and one prime image of the post in wP
- sign propper category to WP categories
4. Script which I could use to cron, which will operate cyclically, but it should work "gently", to not overflood the source website
