Scrapper for journalist

Hello, I’m a polish journalist and I’m trying to create a scraper for articles from local media outlets.
The idea is to build a simple website that would allow:
- Quick browsing of selected websites with local and national reach (about 350 sources) for chosen keywords (e.g., accident, murder, etc.)
- Including not only "keywords" but also "exclusion words"
- Ability to add new sites and remove old ones from the press review
- Collecting articles into a report, with the following info pulled: title, lead, link, keywords
- Automatic archiving of saved reports and ability to download them (xls or any other format)
- Password protection for accessing the site
- Please provide a quote for this type of project.
- The website should be available in Polish.

I tried to build it myself using ChatGPT, but I failed.
