Scraping websites with google scripts

I have a google sheets with a list of websites url, and I need a google apps script (it's mandatory, I don't want any other programming language) that do scraping or webcrawling searching for 2 menus in these sites, "services" and "products", and return me all plain text from these menus, and write it back to the sheet. I hope I make myself clear.
